How Bid Auction Site Beezid Is Different Than Ebay

Auction sites like Beezid.com and E bay are as different as can be. Ebay is a huge auction marketplace where you can bid on items and try to win them, only costing yourself time if you lose.

Beezid is a bidding site also known as a penny auction, or as the largest auction site of this kind, Quibids likes to now be called an entertainment auction.

Whatever – they are penny auctions. And penny auctions work differently than ebay.

First and foremost is that it costs money to purchase bids. These bids act as tokens or vouchers allowing you to place a bid in an auction for an item that starts out at $0.00 and goes up a penny each and every time someone places a bid. It is free to bid on Ebay. It costs money to bid on normal auctions on Beezid.

Ebay you only pay if you win.

Beezid you pay if you lose, even if you do not win the item. You still pay if you win, however you do win the item and it auctions ending price is usually extremely low.

Beezid is a highly competitive battlefield where you battle for bargains. You can win amazing deals. The Auction Junkie (yours truly) just won a Keurig coffee machine. However I gave it to my co-worker as the same day I won it my co-worker came in and told me how hers had just broke. Well, it’s synchronicity like this that I just have to go with. So, she has a nice new Keurig at her house.

I only had to spend a couple dozen bids on the keurig so all is well.

Beezid and ebay are extremely different.

About Auction Junkie

The Auction Junkie, better known just as "Spry" grew up in the country in the foothills of north Georgia. I began playing competitive games like chess and backgammon at a very young age. I began playing poker somewhat seriously a year before Chris Moneymaker won the WSOP and have been doing so every since. Making the leap to penny auctions came fairly easy as penny auctions are strategic games with similar aspects to poker, chess and gambling in general.
